Deposit

The Buyer agrees to pay a Non-Refundable Holding Fee in the amount of 20% of the Total Sale Price to formally reserve the Animal. This fee signifies the Buyer's serious intent to purchase and will be credited toward the Total Sale Price.

The Holding Fee is strictly non-transferable to any other individual.

Exceptions for Refund or Rollover

The Holding Fee is non-refundable, except under the following specific circumstances:

1. Seller's Inability to Deliver: If the Seller, through no fault of the Buyer, is unable to deliver a healthy animal, the Buyer will receive a full refund of the Holding Fee.

2. Product Unavailability (End of Season): If the baby season concludes, and the Seller has not had an animal available that meets the Buyer's requested color and/or gender, the

Buyer will be given the option to either:

1. Receive a full refund of the Holding Fee, OR

2. Roll over the Holding Fee to secure a priority spot for the following year's baby season

Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

The Buyer may remit payment for the Holding Fee and the remaining balance of the Total Sale Price using any of the following accepted methods:

Cash In-Person Exact cash is required for final balance payment.

PayPal Electronic Accepted via PayPal Invoice to ensure proper classification as a Goods and Services transaction.

Venmo Electronic Accepted via Venmo Business Profile. Must be marked and sent as a payment for "Goods and Services."

Major Credit Cards (via Square) Electronic Accepted for both the Holding Fee and Final Balance through a secure Square Invoice or Terminal. Fees may apply.

All final payments need to be made prior to taking your baby.
